Positions Available

Sales Department - Inside Sales / Customer Service

- Pre-qualifies prospects and promotes C-Tec services (by telephone, fax, mail or email) for service contract quotations. Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Coordinates with accounting and service; handling purchase orders and providing services to customers. Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume. Performs duties with marketing department where prospect contact is a prime responsibility.

Sales Department - Telemarketer

- Originates phone calls to pre-qualify potential prospects and works under the direct supervision of an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative.

Service Department - Field Service Technician

- Provide assigned C-Tec Industries, Inc. customers with timely efficient maintenance and repair. Maintain excellent customer relations through customer satisfaction.
