Field Technician - Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot waste reduction equipment in addition to, planning and facilitating the necessary actions to repair malfunctioning waste reduction equipment

Ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity to service response time and customer relations through effective communication

Ability to maintain vehicle inventory parts in compliance with company standards

Attend training schools and share technical knowledge with management and counter-parts

Ability to write orders, communicate pertinent order information to customers and the ability to coordinate with various departments assuring total quality management

Possess the skills to develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Establish and maintain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through efficient, timely and cost effective service sustaining the highest quality in customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Technical expertise in the operation and maintenance of waste reduction equipment in addition to industrial, hydraulic and welding experience required.

Valid driver’s license

Minimum 3 years experience required
